International Returns & Exchanges Policy

At Stole & Yarrn, each piece is thoughtfully designed and carefully packed before it leaves our studio.

Due to the complexity and high cost of international reverse logistics, we are currently unable to offer returns or exchanges on international orders.

All international purchases are final sale. We kindly request that customers review product descriptions, product details, and images carefully before placing an order.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at global@stoleandyaarn.com with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photographs of the item and outer packaging
  • A brief description of the issue

Our team will review the request and work with you to determine an appropriate resolution.


Order Accuracy & Change of Mind

We are unable to accommodate requests related to change of mind, incorrect selections made during purchase, or buyer’s remorse.

Customers are encouraged to carefully review their order details prior to completing the purchase.


Product Variations

Our textiles are often handcrafted or delicately finished. Slight variations in color, embroidery, weave, or texture may occur due to:

  • Natural textile variations
  • Lighting and screen differences
  • Handcrafted production techniques

These characteristics are part of the unique nature of artisanal textiles and are not considered defects.


Fraudulent or Misleading Claims

Stole & Yarrn reserves the right to decline or refuse any claims that are determined to be fraudulent, misleading, or unsupported by sufficient evidence.

Claims must include clear photographic proof of the issue reported. Repeated or suspicious claims may result in the refusal of service for future orders.


Payment Disputes & Chargebacks

Customers are encouraged to contact our support team before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with their bank or payment provider.

By placing an order on our website, customers acknowledge and agree to our store policies.

Stole & Yarn reserves the right to provide order confirmation, delivery confirmation, and communication records to payment providers during dispute investigations.

We also reserve the right to decline future orders from customers who initiate unjustified chargebacks.
