International Shipping Policy

At Stole & Yarrn, every order is carefully packed and shipped from our studio in India. We aim to ensure that your order reaches you safely and in a timely manner.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 2–4 business days after payment confirmation.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details so you can monitor your package in transit.

During high-volume periods, sales, or holidays, processing times may occasionally be extended.


International Shipping Rates

We offer flat-rate international shipping based on the total shipment weight of your order.

Shipping charges are calculated automatically at checkout based on the weight of the items in your cart.

Current international shipping rates are as follows:

0 – 0.5 kg $20
0.6 – 1.4 kg $30
1.5 kg and above $45

Shipping costs will be displayed at checkout before payment is completed.

Please note that shipping charges cover international courier handling, packaging, and export processing.


Shipping Timeframes

International delivery timelines typically range between 5–10 business days, depending on the destination country and customs clearance processes.

Please note that delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to:

  • Customs inspections
  • Airline or carrier delays
  • Weather or logistical disruptions

Once an order has been shipped, delivery is managed by the shipping carrier.


Lost or Delayed Shipments

Once your order has been dispatched, the shipment is handled by the courier partner.

If a shipment appears delayed or lost in transit, please contact us at global@stoleandyaarn.com and we will assist in initiating a tracking investigation with the courier.

Final resolution for lost shipments is subject to the courier partner’s investigation and policies.

Stole & Yarrn is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs authorities, or unforeseen logistical disruptions.


Damaged Items in Transit

If your order arrives damaged during shipping, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

To report a damaged shipment, email global@stoleandyaarn.com with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photographs of the item
  • Photographs of the outer packaging
  • A video of the damaged package clearly showcasing the Order No or AWB
  • A brief description of the issue

Our team will review the claim and determine an appropriate resolution.


Customs Duties & Import Taxes

International shipments may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees determined by the destination country.

These charges are not included in the product or shipping price and must be paid by the customer upon arrival of the shipment.

Stole & Yarrn does not have control over these charges and cannot predict the exact amount of duties or taxes that may apply.

If a shipment is refused by the customer due to customs duties or taxes, the order will not be eligible for a refund.


Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details at the time of checkout.

Stole & Yarrn cannot be held responsible for delivery issues resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.
