INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING CHARGES
For international orders, shipping charges are calculated separately at checkout. Please provide your shipping details during checkout to receive accurate shipping fees. Free shipping is available for orders above ₹ 30,000. For all international orders please use RazorPay for payments.
International shipping usually takes 10-15 days for delivery. In case of express shipping please get in touch with us on care@stoleandyaarn.com.
Processing & Dispatch
We dispatch your merchandise within 48 hours of you placing an order on the website. You can expect your delivery (s) within 3 days for a major Metro location and a total of 5-7 working days from the date you place an order, depending on the city you reside.- We ship products from Mondays to Saturdays; Orders placed on Saturday/Sunday would leave our processing centres only on Monday.
- We do understand your urgencies and are committed to delivering your orders accurately in good condition and always on time.
- Delivery methods:- It would be better if someone at the delivery address is there to accept the receipt of the product. There recipient would need to provide his/ her name, relationship, signature and record the date and time as proof of delivery.
- If you are not at home while the courier is attempted at your door step, our logistics partner shall get in touch with you to check your availability and deliver the product.
- Shipping destinations offered by www.stoleandyaarn.com for delivery will be extended and updated from time to time and listed online.
- We do not ship backorders. We aim to keep every item on our website in stock. If there is an item which you purchase and then we realize this item is not available, we will promptly inform you within 2 working days of your purchase and fully refund your money for the out of stock item.
- We can only process one shipping address per order. So, if you would like to order several items and ship to different people, please treat these as separate orders. We cannot ship to Post Office Box addresses and take no responsibility for non delivery of orders in case the delivery address includes P. O. Box details in any part or form.

Cash on Delivery facility (COD)
- COD is only available ONLY in INDIA
- While placing an order on cash on delivery, kindly check the serviceability of delivery to your area. There is a limited reach when products are opted on COD.
- COD is available for a bill amount of upto Rs. 15,000/- only.
- Kindly ensure you enter a correct pin code or you may call up our customer care executive to help you further in placing the order.
- Any order placed for COD for an amount of ₹ 3000- & above shall be subject to verification from our customer care team to validate certain details such as Name, Address, Phone Nos and Email ID. You are requested to co-operate for the same.
Delivery Policy and Charges
- Stole and Yarn offers “Free Shipping” anywhere in India
- In case of your unavailability to accept the delivery of your product, our logistics partner shall attempt to deliver the same twice again. In case if you are still unavailable at the time of delivery, the shipping charges of Rs. 100/- shall be payable again at the time of accepting the product.
- Also, shipping charges for returning a product shall be borne by the customer.
- Incase of refund, of any product, the shipping charges will not be refunded by Stole and Yarn.
Customs & International Shipping
All of Stole & Yarn orders are shipped internationally from our warehouse in India to your provided shipping address via DHL/FEDEX/UPS/ARAMEX. Due to the nature of international shipping, occasionally a customer may have to pay additional import duties and taxes which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. The large majority of orders will not have to pay any additional fees. However, we are unable to calculate when and how much these infrequent customs duty charges will be levied. In the case where additional customs charges are assessed, you will be responsible for paying these additional fees. To make your shopping experience as seamless as possible, we have arranged with our shipping partners to customs clear your goods for you and deliver them to your doorstep. If you are presented with an invoice from our shipping partners for import duties and taxes, you will have to pay the shipping partner directly at the time of delivery.
Due to the pandemic we have extended our returns and exchange policy from 7 days to 14 days.
If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we will not be able to give you a refund or an exchange.
At Stole & Yarn, we believe in Customer Service as our first and foremost priority and hence we have designed a simple Returns and Exchange Policy for our customers.
For our customers knowledge, it’s important that we inform you about the make of our products. All our products are handcrafted by traditional craft persons, resulting in each product being unique and slightly different from each other.
Thus, an irregular weave or print or a stitch should not be termed as a defect. Handloom by definition means a glorious uncertainty when it comes to uniformity.
In spite of these variables, at Stole & Yarn we stand by the quality of our products and we will replace the product free of cost if you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason. Please read below our return & exchange policies before you return any item.
DOMESTIC RETURNS/EXCHANGE POLICY
Any product purchased online shall be returned/exchanged on the following terms and conditions:
- Not satisfied with product quality
- Damaged/defective/faulty/wrong product
- Retain original packaging materials/ labels
- Product damaged post delivery will not be accepted
- Returns/Exchange/Replacement to be accepted within 14 days of delivery
- Product should be unused
- Shipping costs for returning/exchanging/replacing product to be borne by the consumer. A return shipping fee of ₹100 is charged.
- INCASE OF A PRODUCT EXCHANGE A NEW ORDER WILL HAVE TO BE PLACED
- Incase of wrong/incorrect item sent, shipping costs borne by Stole & Yarn
- Return packets to be adequately packaged to avoid damage during transit (sole responsibility of the consumer)

- Customers are requested to extend some time to the customer care team to revert to their queries.
- In case of multiple items being ordered – if for any reason the product cannot be delivered customer can choose an alternate product or S&Y will refund the amount.
- Reverse pick ups are applicable only for a selected set of pincodes. You can check with our support team regarding the same or you will have to ship the item back to us.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY
Incase of international orders we do not offer a return and exchange policy due to the prohibitive nature of shipping costs.
However, returns will be only accepted in the following cases:
- Genuine manufacturing defect
- Damaged/defective/faulty/wrong product
- in case any wrong item has been shipped to the customer.
All the above issues should be reported to our customer care team within 7 days from the date of delivery of the order.
CANCELLATION/REFUNDS POLICY
Any product purchased online shall be subject to cancellation/refunds on the following terms and conditions:
CANCELLATION
Cancellation can be done only within 24 hours from placing the order.
No cancellation shall be allowed/entertained after 24 hours of placing the order.
Once cancelation request is received, the same shall be processed in 5 working days and refund shall be initiated.
Notification for the same will be given to the Customer on their registered email ID and contact numbers.
REFUND
- Refund & exchange shall be initiated only once the product is received by Stole & Yarn.
- Product returned will either be replaced or refund for the product shall be initiated by Stole and Yarn.
- Shipping costs for the return of the product shall be solely borne by the Customer and shall not be refundable.
- The original shipping charges will not be refunded.
- Refund for the product shall be made within 2 weeks from the date of receipt of the product by Stole & Yarn.
- If the value of the replacement product exceeds that of the previously purchased product, the difference will have to be paid in advance.
- Refund shall be initiated only if the reasons for the same are found to be genuine quality issues
- Stole and Yarn shall refund the full amount of purchase if the packages are lost in transit or in case any wrong item has been shipped to the customer.
- Incase of mispricing, Stole and Yarn bears the responsibility of refunding the amount of purchase to the customer.
No requests for refund shall be allowed in the following cases:
- In case of minor design and colour variations. [Handloom products are subject to vary in terms of color, design, etc.]
- Incorrect or outdated delivery address.
- Incorrect address format including any form of a PO Box address.
- After 3 failed delivery attempts by the courier service
- Package refused by recipient.
- Products returned in a used or damaged condition.
MODE OF REFUND
All the refunds for the payments made by way of Credit Card/Debit Card/Net Banking/Paytm shall be made in the same way in which the payments were made. We’ll credit your account within 14 business days. This will show on your next statement, depending on the issuing bank and/or billing cycle.
In Case of Cash on Delivery the refunds for the payments will be made by way of cheque or Net Banking to the customer.
Please provide us with your bank account details to initiate the refund.
